Business Foundation
If you do not have a bachelor's degree from an AACSB-accredited business program, you will have to take the below business foundations courses:
- Financial Accounting
- Management Accounting
- Financial Management
- Applied Managerial Statistics
- Introduction to Economic Theory -OR- Managerial Economics and Corporate Strategy
Accounting Core
All students must complete the core curriculum in graduate accounting to fulfill their degree requirements, including:
- Tax Planning for Individuals
- Cost Accounting for Strategic Management
- Business Law
- Corporate Financial Reporting: Operations
- Corporate Financial Reporting: Financial Transactions
- Contemporary Assurance and Audit Services
- Seminar in Accounting Theory
If you have a bachelor's degree in accounting, you may be able to waive with replacement many of the classes above.
Focus Areas
